We wash our face every day by using face wash or plan water. This will helps to remove dirt from skin, but face wash unable to remove dead skin. Exfoliating skin is very important for healthy skin. simple exfoliating face scrubs that remove dead skin and make your skin clean
and smooth.
1. Honey, Sugar and Lemon
Ingredients-
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon
- 2 Tablespoon Sugar
Method of use- Mix the
ingredients well and make a coarse paste. Clean your face and skin. Apply this
mixture on face and skin. Use your fingers to massage gently in circular motion
on your skin. Take 5-10 minutes to gently massage and exfoliate your skin. Wash
the scrub off using face cleansing sponge and normal water.
Honey cleans and
moisturizes your skin. Lemons are good source of Vitamin C. It also has
anti-bacterial and skin brightens properties. Sugar is good scrub for
exfoliating skin. This scrub not only exfoliates your skin but also makes it
moisturize and brighten.
2. Coffee, Sugar and Milk
Ingredients-
- 1 Tablespoon Coffee
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
Method of use- Mix the
ingredients well and make a coarse paste. Clean your face and skin. Apply this
mixture on face and skin. Use your fingers to massage gently in circular motion
on your skin. Take 5-10 minutes to gently massage and exfoliate your skin. Wash
the scrub off using face cleansing sponge and normal water.

tan. Sugar is a good scrub, it removes dead skin. Milk moisturizes skin and

3. Sugar, Coconut Oil and Almond Oil
Ingredients-
- ½ Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- ½ Tablespoon Almond Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
Method of use- Mix the
ingredients well and make a coarse paste. Clean your face and skin and apply
paste on it. Use your fingers to massage face and skin in circular motion for
5-10 minutes. Wash scrub off by using cleansing sponge and lukewarm water.
Coconut oil and
almond oil useful for moisturizes your skin deeply and helps to heal dry and
patchy skin. Sugar exfoliates your skin. It removes dead skin and makes it
smooth.
4. Rice Flour, Coffee Powder and Rose
Water
Ingredients-
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Flour
- ½ Tablespoon Coffee Powder
- 1& ½ Tablespoon Rose water
Method of use- Mix all
ingredients well and make a paste. Clean your face and skin, then apply paste
on it. Let it dry for 10 minutes. After that use your fingers for massage skin
gently. Use normal water if feel skin get dry. Massage skin for 5 minutes and
wash it off with normal water.
Rice flour
absorbs excess oil on skin. It exfoliates skin well and gives you brightens and
de tan skin. Coffee also has de tanning and anti-aging properties. Rose water
makes your skin refreshes and hydrate.
5. Rice Flour and Strawberry
Ingredients-
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Flour
- 2 Tablespoon smash strawberry
Method of use- Mix rice flour
and smash strawberry well. Make a thick paste and apply it on you clean face
and skin. Let it dry for 10 minutes, then use your finger and massage skin
gently in circular motion. Use normal water if feel skin get dry. Massage skin
for 5 minutes and then wash it off using normal water.

6. Red Lentils
Powder, Honey and Rose Water
Ingredients-
- 1 Tablespoon Red Lentils Powder
- ½ Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Rose Water
Method of use- Mix all
ingredients well and make a thick paste .Clean the face and apply paste on it.
Leave it for 10 minutes. After that use your fingers for massage skin gently in
circular motion. Use normal water if skin feel get dry. Massage skin for 5
minutes and wash it off using normal water.
Red lentils
reduce dark spot on skin and brighten it. Honey cleans and moisturizes skin.
Rose water hydrates and refreshes your skin.
Note: Do not
scrub skin daily, it will turn your skin in black. Exfoliation is good for skin
twice in a week.
