Curry leaves are nutritious. Therefore family members ask to eat curry leaves. It is rich in carbohydrates, fiber, iron, manganese and some minerals. It also contains vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin E. curry leaves are useful not only for skin but for hair also. You can plant curry leaves tree in your home garden or buy leaves from market, dry it in sunlight, make powder of it and store it in a container. You can use this powder whenever you want.

1. FOR EYESIGHT

Curry leaves are rich with vitamin A. They are useful for improve eyesight. Therefore add 8- 10 curry leaves in your daily food.

2. FOR DIABETICS

Curry leaves reduces blood sugar effectively. It is may be because of minerals like copper, iron, zinc and iron that curry leaves perform this function. Thus, curry leaves can be helpful for people suffering from diabetics.
