HYDRATE YOUR BODY IN THE SUMMER


Water is not only required for digestion and blood circulation but also very important for your skin health. Water helps to reduce wrinkles, clear acne, slowing aging, improve complexion, reduce itching of skin and tighten skin.
You don’t need special takes care or spend money for hydrates you skin. You find many fruits and food recipes on internet, to hydrate your body. I also know some ingredients, which can easily available in market. You can eat it as well as makes face packs using it. I always like to use it for hydrates my body during summer season. I hope, you will enjoy it in summer.  

1. CUCUMBER 
For Eat - Peel off a cucumber. Cut it into large pieces. Blend that pieces using blender or food processor. Filter juice using mesh strainer. Add pinch of salt for taste. Drink it on normal temperature. You can cool down it into the refrigerator, but this will reduce taste of juice.
For Face  - Take a piece of raw cucumber and rub it on face or apply cucumber juice using cotton pad. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash it off using normal water.
Make cucumber juice, put it into a container. You can store container into refrigerator. Or pour cucumber juice into ice cube try and freeze it. Clean your face and rub one cube on face. Leave it for 10 minutes. Wash face using normal water. 

2. WATERMELON
For Eat - Take inner pulp of watermelon. Blend it using blender or food processor. Filter juice using mesh strainer. Add salt and squeeze some lemon juice. Drink it on normal temperature.
For Face  - Take a piece of watermelon and rub it on face or apply watermelon juice using cotton pad. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash it off using normal water.
Make watermelon juice, put it into a container. You can store container into refrigerator. Or pour watermelon juice into ice cube try and freeze it. Clean your face and rub one cube on face. Leave it for 10 minutes. Wash face using normal water.  

3. ALOE VERA JUICE
For Eat - Take inner pulp of aloe vera. Blend it using blender or food processor. Filter juice using mesh strainer. Aloe vera is tasteless. So add salt, chat masala (or black pepper powder) and squeeze some lemon juice. Drink it on normal temperature.
For Face  - Rub aloe vera pulp on face. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash it off using normal water.
Take inner pulp of aloe vera blend it and store this gel into a container. Or pour aloe vera gel into ice cube try and freeze it. Clean your face and rub one cube on face. Leave it for 10 minutes. Wash face using normal water.  

4. COCONUT WATER 
For Eat - Coconut water is a best drink in hot summer. It hydrates your body as well as consist several nutrients, which helps you to live a healthy life. Not only as a summer drink, doctor also gives advice to drink coconut water in illness like flu, kidney stone and diarrhea.
For Face - Wash your face with coconut water. It is a natural cleanser. It hydrates your skin and makes it soft and smooth. Also coconut water helps to heal damaged skin and improve skin complexion.
You can also store coconut water in the ice cube try. After cleaning your face rub one cube on face. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash it off using normal water.

5. TOMATO
For Eat - Cut tomato into large pieces. Remove tomato seeds. Blend it using blender or food processor. Filter juice using mesh strainer.  Add salt and squeeze some lemon juice. Drink it on normal temperature.
For Face  - Take a piece of raw tomato and rub it on face or apply tomato juice using cotton pad. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash it off using normal water.
Take half cup of tomato juice and add one tablespoon honey. Mix it well. Pour tomato juice into ice cube try and freeze it. Clean your face and rub one cube on face. Leave it for 10 minutes. Wash face using normal water.  
Note- Don’t store juices or juice cubes in refrigerator more than 6-7 days.
