HEALTH BENEFITS OF GINGER


Ginger used in cooking and medicine from ancient age. Ginger has various health benefits. It is best home remedy to reduce inflammation in cheat because of acidity. It improves digestion system and reduces gases problem. Ginger lowering cancer risk.
Ginger used as a medicine for fever, cold and cough from ancient age.  Antioxidants of ginger increase immune system. Ginger is useful for treat muscle pain. It has amazing aroma, which helps to reduce stress.
Ginger is a multitasker. So I would like to share some home remedies using ginger for your daily health issues. But these remedies are only for minor problems. If you have serious problems then please visit specialist doctor.

1. FOR INFLAMMATION, REDUCE STRESS
Method of use- Take two inch piece of ginger and 1 tablespoon sugar. Boil ginger and sugar with one and half cup of water for 7- 10 minutes. Drink this ginger tea 30 minutes after a meal. It may be taste a bit spicy or you might get start hiccup. So drink slowly.
Ginger tea will not only reduce inflammation but also reduces stress and Improves digestion.

2. FOR FEVER
Method of use- Takes 2 inch ginger piece, 2-3 cloves, 2-3 black peppers,8-10 leaves of holy basil, one and half tablespoon sugar or sufficient piece of jaggery for sweetness. Boil all ingredients with 2 cups of water for 10 minutes. Drink it half of cup after every one hour. Don’t drink cold. Make it warm before drink.
This remedy will not reduce flu but increase your immune system. Antioxidant in ginger helps to fight against cold. Therefore you can take these remedies along with your doctor's medication.

3. FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
Method of use- Take 2 inch ginger piece and 3 inch cinnamon piece. Add 2 tablespoon sugar and boil it with one cup of water for 5 minutes. It added more sugar because; if this remedy get spicy then you will be start hiccuping, which will increase your blood pressure more.
Stress is one of the reasons of high blood pressure. Ginger and cinnamon both are helpful to reduce stress. But first visit doctor and then used this remedy for get early relief from this problem.

4. FOR COUGH
Method of use- Take one tablespoon ginger juice, one tablespoon holy basil juice and two tablespoon honey. Mix it well. Take half of it first and remaining after 3-4 hours. You can also grind 3-4 inch ginger piece with 20-25 basil leaves. After grinding filter the juice, leave it for 15 minutes to stable. Take the juice on top. Add two tablespoon honey, mix it well and take as I mention before.
Ginger is helpful for reducing coughing. Holy basil has antiseptic properties, which helpful for fight against cough. Ginger, holy basil and honey treat throat inflammation and infection very well.

These ginger remedies have been used by my family for many years. So they are less in number but very effective.
